For those who want to test our service quality - we offer a basic bid & repair approach without any value-add services offered in the RoofCare Membership. The traditional process looks something like this:
Contact us to report a leak
We respond with a scheduled window when we can respond to the leak and create a quote for you (usually 1-5 business days)
We document the leak and send pictures and a quote to repair while we are on-site.
We contact you upon finding the leak and communicate the quote and leak documentation - All quotes approved during the initial documentation visit receive a 10% discount so we don’t have to schedule a second trip to make the repair - Saving everyone time and money.
We invoice for immediate payment.
ROOFCARE MEMBERSHIP
$199.00 (Annually)
For portfolio managers who want quick and reliable services and guaranteed pricing, value-added services, and peace of mind. Our RoofCare Membership process looks something like this:
We perform an initial inventory of your roof for $.01 per square foot (that’s right, one penny per square foot)
We create a customer portfolio with building documentation, contacts, specific instructions for access or tenant information, or anything that can help us provide the best service possible.
When you call for a work request, we prioritize our members and dispatch a technician the same day or the next day and don’t stop for after-hours or weekends.
We guarantee a fixed price of $449.99 for all roof repairs so you can call us without hesitation knowing we will make one visit to repair the roof for a fixed rate! (We keep our rates low by avoiding the traditional bid and repair model that requires two separate visits)
We invoice on a net-30 billing cycle.
OTHER MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS INCLUDE:
Fully documented and organized client portfolio, where all records, invoices and reports are organized for immediate and easy access - never guess what work was performed on your roof again!
You receive two annual inspections - one in April and one in October - to fully document the roof, it’s condition, and provide cost and age data to help you better manage your asset.
You receive one annual leak prevention visit - In October - where we carefully inspect the roof’s penetrations, seams, flashing, curbing, and any other area that may be a potential leak. We document any potential leaks and perform priority repairs up to $1,000 in value. Any additional preventative maintenance not covered by the $1,000 value will be documented and quoted for your review.
