It covers the essential labor and materials required to address repairs that fall within the defined scope of work. Transparent, consistent, and reliable, this line item ensures you always know exactly what to expect - no surprises, just dependable service at a standardized rate.

$150 / Each

When we are already on-site performing a Base Field Repair, any additional leaks or distinct problem areas can be addressed at a reduced rate. Each “+1” repair reflects the efficiency of handling multiple issues during a single visit - no extra travel costs, faster turnaround, and better value for your building. This line item applies to clearly defined, separate leaks or problem areas as explained in the Service Agreement scope.

$15 / Square Foot

For repairs that extend beyond the standard square footage covered by the Base Field Repair as outlined in the Service Agreement, this line item applies a combined material and labor rate per square foot. It ensures large-area patches or more extensive repairs are priced fairly and transparently, reflecting the added resources required while still building on the Base Field Repair.

Bid Price

For repairs that might be smaller in size but more complex in scope, we classify these as Specialized Field Repairs. These situations fall outside of the standard scope of our Standardized Price Repairs and may involve additional preparation, specialized techniques, or materials that need to be ordered. Each repair is individually assessed, quoted, and requires owner or manager approval before any work begins. Typically, these repairs are scheduled in advance to ensure all necessary resources are in place.

Work performed outside of our defined service radius is subject to an additional travel charge, billed per mile. This ensures fair coverage of time, fuel, and resources required to reach locations beyond our core work area, while still providing you with the same consistent, reliable service.
